I'm old enough to have used the Kodak 110 instamatics. This unit allows me to skip the development- which also means no reviewing a stack of pictures to pick out the good ones. Once you turn it on - it's ready to shoot within seconds. Just as in the old days - this is great for sunny days, quick snaps with no movement - or you use the flash (which is why I went with the newer model). People in my group didn't like the "shutter sound" when using the flash. The camera that was left home is a Nikon D90 - which shoots fast without flash - but again - it was left home. I'm not an avid photographer so I have to grab a cheat card to start with the D90 every time I get it out. My eyes aren't sharp, and neither are my manual focus pics. The CS pro is VERY lightweight, lots of plastic. I'm still deciding/testing the options on the dial (filters). Most of the time I pointed it and shot. I had above avg. number of shots in focus from 117 shots (still had 3 of 4 bars for power). My D90 has a nice strap - this one will get a solid wrist lanyard once I see something that makes sense or I make my own - so that it's still pocket size/portable. The peep sight isn't really in focus - more of an idea of what's in the field of vision. My iPhone 14 has a good camera - but weighs 3 times more - and my banana fingers struggle to work quickly. 15MP is substantial on paper, and my prints turned out nice from Walgreens. Once I figure out a lanyard solution - it will stay in my truck or in my pocket. Using a Tactical Molle Pouch for a case. It fit fine in my cargo shorts. Across the room it looks kind of expensive LOL.

Very happy about the intention it allows me to have - living in the moment. I take this to all the fun places. Only downside is it’s definitely fragile. The flash stopped working after a simple drop. They replaced it promptly because I just got it, but still a downside I experienced.

I haven't had this CS-PRO for too long but I've liked it so far. It's taken some good pictures and the time was easy to adjust.
One thing I was not prepared for was how light it was and how "cheap" it felt. Don't get me wrong, I still like how the pictures have turned out, but it's super light and just plastic. Also, the "click" noise it makes when you take a picture only adds to that. Sounds like a kids toy. I made sure to turn the sound on mine off.

I purchased two of the original Camp Snap cameras which I bought as gifts for my son and daughter and now the CS Pro. I have been extremely pleased with the quality and ease of use. It’s fun to use and easy to carry with you when on the go. Items have all shipped incredibly fast

Such a fun camera. Just brought it on a family trip and I found myself taking more and more photos. My only request would be a lock to stop the wheel from spinning when pulled in and out of a case or pocket.

Small camera, BIG personality

I recently bought the Camp Snap Pro and took it with me to an event in Avellino, Italy. After a few hours of shooting, I can say this little camera is exactly what it promises to be: simple, fun, and surprisingly addictive.
What makes this review even more interesting is that I had already bought the original Camp Snap about two years ago. I enjoyed it so much that upgrading to the Pro version felt like the natural next step. The Pro keeps the same playful spirit while adding a few welcome improvements that make the experience even smoother.
In a world where everyone spends more time editing photos than taking them, the Camp Snap Pro feels like a refreshing step backwards. No endless settings, no filters, no temptation to check every shot immediately—just point, click, and hope your photographic genius survives the process.
The image quality won't replace a professional camera, but that's not the point. It captures moments with a charming, spontaneous feel that modern smartphones often miss.
Overall, it's a delightful gadget that brings back the joy of photography without the stress. One star missing only because perfection is a dangerous thing—and because I still managed to take a few gloriously terrible photos.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the moment instead of constantly staring at a screen.

I've had this for a few weeks and used it a lot. Overall, it's fun and easy to use. I don't love that you have to have a new iPhone to plug it in. A lot of us still have the type of iPhone that needs a different cord and that's a bummer because I have to upload on a computer first. I like that it holds so many photos and that the charge lasts a long time. Overall, it feels a bit cheap and gimmicky, but it's fun to play with.

I bought this camera two weeks ago for our Italy vacation. A fun easy to use camera that’s been knocked around and dropped and keeps going. Light weight too. The kids enjoy using it.
