I love this. Bringing back the old days where you don't know what you get till it's developed. No screen to look at after to show people the shot. Just snap and continue with the present moment. Then you get the chance later to look through your day.
We love our CampSnap, we've been taking it everywhere with us. We've gotten some of our favorite pictures of the summer so far with it! The filters give you really nice either warm or cool toned saturated colors which look really nice. It's really easy to transfer the pictures off of it to your phone (probably computer too, but we haven't done that). There are definitely some cons: the battery life is pretty short (for instance, if you forget to switch it to the off setting from the filters, it drains battery), and I wish there was something ON the actual camera that kept the lens covered.
Happy with the photos, but a little underwhelmed by the build quality. The plastic construction and default sounds give an overall cheap impression. Great idea but 2 stars for quality.
As a parent of a toddler, this will help you spend less time with your phone and more time with your child, while enhancing all the photos you take. The film-like depth to the photos this camera can take (because of its single, fixed aperture/shutter speed lens) will make you never want to take another iPhone photo again. I wish I got this sooner so more of my son's infant photos could be captured like this. Ideal for capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this camera. The only thing I'd love to see is if the sound could be turned off; and if the camera could be a TAD bit slimmer. Would love to see a lens cap in the future! Us gals with cute purses would love to throw this in our bag without it having to have a separate bag.
