Great Heat/ Air unit

It cools real quick and I have had some warm days. I live in a high humidity area. I would recommend this unit . I really like the timer .

AC and Heat--great combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the smaller of this unit, too, and love it for a small bedroom over my garage. I'm using this larger unit for the other, bigger room over the garage and couldn't be happier with the outcome. (Those rooms are not well insulated.) The supplemental heat is perfect for cold mornings. And the AC itself is excellent, keeping the room cool from all the heat that rises in the late afternoon. I'm especially fond of the 'eco' mode, as it keeps the room cool without it becoming too cold. The unit (while heavy) was easy to install and I was cooling the room within minutes. It used to be tough to hang out in the rooms above the garage in the peak of heat in summer and cold in winter but now we can use them all year comfortably!

This air conditioner w/supplemental heat will be used year round. It was easy to install. Quiet, cools room quickly...so I'm sure heat will do the same.

great for ac and heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this in a room that gets very hot in the summer, but very cold in the winter. It cooled the room down nicely and we then blasted the heat function to see how that would do and it warmed up quickly! Will use the supplemental heat in the winter to get the chill out of the room.

The thermostat went out on the old one and I looked around and then ordered one another one from Frigidaire. I live in Texas where the summers are hot. This unit has been reliable all these years and it was a no brainer to get another like the last one. Thank you Frigidaire.
