Is the right size for our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our refrigerator, and our repairman recommended KitchenAid, among others. It is sleek, large enough for our needs, and we like the interior water dispenser. One drawback is that the doors have to be shut in a certain order or they will not close properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Kitchen aid Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Kitchen Aid refrigerator is perfect! The Fingerprint resistance is great and I never see a mark on the outside of the refrigerator. The size is perfect and the inside has a lot of space. I am enjoying the inside water dispenser and ice maker. If you have tall items the top and middle shelf slide under and give you plenty of room for taller items. The freezer has a lot of space too. The inside can be organized with the awesome shelving.

Don’t purchase

Look elsewhere… the appliance looks nice but that’s about it. I have tried all settings fruits and vegetables in the drawers freeze almost all of the time. Items sitting in the back third of the refrigerator freeze. If you have a wall on either side of the fridge the split door is not practical because you can’t open the doors wide enough to access easily. About 8 months ago the refrigerator stopped working, freezer was still fine so left it plugged in after following appliance store recommendations to unplug for 24 hours in case things frozen up. While waiting for a repair person over two weeks the fridge started working again. If you don’t want things to freeze you can’t put anything in the back half of fridge and drawers can’t t be fuller than about half, this doesn’t leave any fridge space. The last 3 appliance set purchases have been Kithchen Aid, I won’t be purchasing this brand again, what a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor temperature performance/control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fingerprint resistance is excellent, and considering the size of the refrigerator, the interior organization is very well designed. There are plenty of storage options, and everything is easy to access.
Unfortunately, the temperature control has been very disappointing. I use two digital refrigerator thermometers, and the temperature consistently fluctuates between 37°F and 43°F. The top shelf rarely gets below 40°F, even with the refrigerator set to the second-coldest setting. As a result, bottled water and soda take an unusually long time to get cold.
Another disappointment is the internal water dispenser. The water is almost always lukewarm rather than refreshingly cold.
Overall, while the refrigerator is attractive, fingerprint-resistant, and well organized, its inability to maintain consistently cold temperatures and dispense cold drinking water has made it a disappointing purchase. For a refrigerator in this price range, I expected much better cooling performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compact and very well laid out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a compact refrigerator that holds a surprisingly amount of food. It’s very easy to clean and the temperature controls are easy to use. We had a very short space to put the refrigerator so the height was perfect. It is extremely resistant to fingerprints so it always looks clean. I really appreciate the amount of storage to organize in the doors. My food stays very fresh, and very pleased with the high quality Kitchenaid is known for.

Wonderful refrigerator!

Temperature remains constant, just right! My produce stays super fresh! The door compartments keep things organized. Very good finish, fewer finger marks!
