Have used HP products for a long time. Good, reliable, easy to use. I ordered a 2-pack of original ink and it arrived - just like they indicated - the next day. A postage paid return envelope for expended cartridges was also included. Thanks.

FAILURE TO ALIGN

Our printer now says cartridges fail to align. This message will not go away, no matter how many times we test or reboot the printer.
HP Office Jet 6100 printer.
