Disappointed with my new Whirlpool Refrigerator

I purchased a new Whirlpool WRTX7419SZ refrigerator expecting reliability, quiet operation, and peace of mind. Instead, I have had to deal with misaligned doors, concerns about the gasket, persistent humming and grinding noises, ice crystals forming on meat, and an unresolved question about the freezer’s performance.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is the response from service. Dismissing concerns as cosmetic does not adequately address the overall experience of a customer who has purchased a new appliance. I expected better quality control and a more professional, documented response to my complaints.
I am very disappointed with this purchase and cannot recommend this refrigerator based on my experience. I believe Whirlpool should take these concerns seriously, provide a written service report, and offer a satisfactory resolution. Customers should not have to question the quality and performance of a brand-new refrigerator or struggle to get clear answers about the problems they report.

Whirlpool 30" freezer top refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have good "luck" with the Whirlpool brand refrigerator over the years, and most Whirlpool products, many of which I still owned currently that have passed the second decade of life. Many of my Whirlpool applicances are still working after 20 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works fine. However, it's much louder than expected. I checked Consumer Reports before purchasing and they gave it a top score for quietness. This refrigerator rumbles and rattles to my disappointment.
