well i bought a new one and it broke within afew days. you sent me thepart that went bad. now its ok. other then that it fine.

I bought this vacuum at ABT Just over a week ago. After using the Dyson vacuum, I found that it does have great suction. It also has a variety of tools to enhance your cleaning. However, it’s very hard for me to use. The Vacuum is very top heavy because that’s where It’s placed in the charger. Also, you have to hold the trigger the whole time you vacuum. There is no on/off switch. Therefore, it’s hard for me to handle the vacuum. My finger gets cramped and my arm hurts. You can’t vacuum a large area because of the fatigue of using the machine with the awkwardness of holding the trigger the whole time and the weight of the top of the vacuum. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.

Holds only a small amount of dust and dirt before you have to clean it and always seem to have a clog. I would have never purchase this product if i had known this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This (much needed) cordless vacuum is amazing. Easy to use, does a great job on our carpets and empties with ease. But the laser-guided hard floor attachment is amazing. It shows the dust and dirt that you normally can't see to clean. It does a wonderful job cleaning against floor molding and in corners. So glad we invested in it.
I have really enjoyed this vacuum cleaner! I love the ability to lay it flat on the floor so that the head can go all the way under tables and sofas. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there is no light! How hard is it to install a little light on a vacuum cleaner?
I'm a sprightly senior . Bought for cordless festure & light weight. LOVE IT SO FAR....still not quite a pro on emptying procedure This Dyson model had high ratings with Consumer Reports which also influenced choice.
