Ok Fridge But Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator because we liked the 3-door French door style and the capacity suited our living space. The unit is functional, delivers good consistent cooling. The freezer has plenty of space and produces extra ice supply that we really like. The lighting inside is excellent. The "grab your milk, wine, juice or other taller items that you reach for frequently" shelf that allows easy access is an outstanding feature! The special shelf in the door for leftover containers is a nice idea but in reality wastes valuable door storage space. The ice/water delivery in the left door is somewhat awkward and the paddle requires just the right pressure in the right place to deliver ice. Works fine, but not 5-star user friendly.The design of that same door doesn't allow for the door to stay open independently when accessing the refrigerator shelves (right hand door doesn't experience this problem) which is an inconvenience when you need two hands to add or remove something on the shelf. Overall a good but not great refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity and cooling are fine. Interior features and amenities are good, especially the interior doors' setup. Too soon to talk about durability.....we just got it! Over all, we like it and are happy with the purchase, but the following items could be improved upon:
1. The doors do not self-close and we must remember to physically close each one by pushing it closed after accessing the interior.
2 The left door does not stay open or stay in place in any position; it closes against your arm when accessing interior items and must be held open with one hand. Adjusting the legs and leveling the unit has made no difference.
3. There is not enough space between the door's water dispensing tube and the activation panel behind it; some thicker glasses or vessels do not fit in between and the dispensed water runs down the outside of the glass.
4. To access a couple of the interior drawers, both exterior doors must be held open; it would have been better to have drawers no wider than the doors in front of them
5. The interior configuration does not provide adequate space for tall items such as milk cartons, large soda bottles, gallon jugs, etc

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered my fridge memorial weekend and was supposed to arrive within a week, got pushed back a few days the got pushed to July 3rd. It didn't fit thru our door(our mistake for not measuring). Ordered a counter Depth one and it came a week later. The open door sensor is on and when my husband tried to level it it only had one foot. He shimmed it and it is still on. Then the door open alarm started going off even though I turned it off on the app. So we had to unplug it and cannot be used. It has been a week and no resolution. Also, you don't service in our area so probably will have to get another one and see how long that takes. Super disappointed.
