Works better than a plumber!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a clogged sink drain and tried my manual snake/auger but it couldn't clear the clog. Was debating calling a plumber then saw this and figured it was probably cheaper than a service call. Order arrived quickly and as I already have 4 other batteries I was able to put it to work right away. It cleared the drain easily! And, now I have FIVE batteries!
Love the Worx products.

Powerful tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very powerful tool. Since it’s cordless it gives you a great range of motion without getting tangled up. This was great for our bathroom because we don’t have a whole lot of space. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a great drain auger.

No more backaches

I have a corded one that is very heavy. The tub drain is in awkward place around the vanity and has a manual clutch which you pull and push to lock the snake. That means you have to hold the pistol grip driver and drum in 1 hand, very heavy Having 4 daughters and wife tub clogs often. The grip and the lock are so easy to hold, I cleared the clog in 2 min. and no back pain. I would rate this higher then 5 but it wont let me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Auger is compact and easy to use, compared to larger Augers. The instructions should be read carefully before use as mentioned in instructions. I also think shipping could be handled better, way to many spots from West coast to Ar.

What a pleasure to operate, have recommended to friends and neighbor We live in a town that the average age of homes are 100 years. Therefore your compact cordless unit is great for tight places which is common in Lambertville NJ

A snap to use. A little bulky but you have to keep in mind that there is 25ft of "cable" in there. Very simple & easy to use "in-out-neutral" lever & all the power you will need with the 20V battery. It would be even more versatile if it came with changeable tips for different types of drain "clogs" you could cut through. The cable is small & flexible enough that it makes it a little scary used in 3" or larger drains. Best used in 2" or smaller drains. Anyone interested in a used 10ft hand operated drain snake. . . . .

67 year old grandma here. Thought I would give this a try as no way does my arm hold out to use a hand operated auger. Minus a stupid novice mistake worked wonderful. (Footnote don’t pull out auger trying to see how far you’ve gone without winding it back in. Big mistake…line coils up on it self) HIGHLY recommend this product!!!
