Not worx the money

String sucks, batteries life sucks, customer service is polite but only offers prorated refunds. Used machines total 3 times. Once for maybe 10 minutes, got totally frustrated by string constantly breaking. Second time after having replacement string sent about 30 minutes, and third time 15 minutes before both batteries were dead. How can a company prorate junk.

If you were offered a prorated refund it would have been because the item was purchased from another retailer and not directly with WORX. I was able to locate your order history and see Your WG153 grass trimmer and WG546 blower were purchased from Lowe's, who initially collected your funds at their store. Being that you were outside of the Lowe's return policy and not happy with the items, you were offered a pro-rated refund.

Battery dont last long

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. We do have high capacity batteries that will double the run-time on your tools. Please check your email as I have contacted you offline for further assistance.

Good quality product

I bought this combo a couple of weeks ago since my older yard tools were at end-of-life. I put them to use the same day that I received them after charging up the batteries. Both were easy to assemble. My yard looked much better after using these tools. I decided to purchase them after borrowing an older combo kit from one of my sons. Used them to trim/clean up cemetery head stones. They worked flawlessly so thought I had better get some new ones for myself. Looking forward to being able to use them at the cemetery again next year. They are very compact and fit nicely in the back of our SUV

You state the WG928 is an available combo, but when I went to register it, the site stated "Item not found". Why no info on it? I registered each item individually for the warranty.

I have used your tools for many years and love every single one of them. Whenever I need a yard tool I always go to your website to buy. I wore out the first trimmer/edger I bought from you years ago and so I ordered the combo kit and absolutely love it. I use the blower for so many things and the trimmer/edger makes the yard look so manicured in no time. I love them so much that when my son bought his first home, I gave him a combo kit as a house warming gift. I have many of your tools and it makes keeping my yard looking great so much easier. I recommend you to everyone!
