This is the second unit I have bought. The first one broke down after 2 years. No, I am not a commercial user, just average corner lot with a lot of street curb. Giving new unit a second chance because it is lighter than a gas trimmer.

10 years ago, my wife got me a worx trimmer and ever since I don't waste time and money buying any other brand, the versatility of this trimmer is amazing, I became the envy of my neighbors because my edges were super clean and sharp. Weedeater seems to work pretty good. Battery takes a long time to charge. Blower is pretty weak but it will clean a sidewalk off

I have a fair sized yard with a fence, garage, 3 trees, and all around the house, deck, and flower beds, I loved this package. I can trim everything and then blow all trimmings off the sidewalks and driveway, and the porch and patio for over 2 times on a full battery charge. I was happy to see the sale again this year as I was looking for a trimmer and blower for at our camper. It arrived and I opened it immediately, put it together and started charging the batteries. I put 1 on the new charger and 1 on the charger I have from my previous buy. The next day, both batteries fully charged, put 1 on the trimmer and it runs 3-4 seconds and stops, constantly, never runs consistently, tried everything I know, swapped batteries, took off, put back on, made sure connections are clean, no help, it's the same for both batteries, and 1 of the batteries I had already. We took it to the camper and my wife said she would deal with it, constantly starting and stopping both batteries were completely spent before we made it around a 10x10 shed and a 30' camper. I am so disappointed I'm ready to throw this trimmer in the garbage and be done with it. We brought the trimmer that I got last year up last fall for a good clean up and didn't use run the first battery dead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I own 3 trimmers 1 older model and 2 new ones i really love the trimmer edger part of them But i dont care for the string adjust buttons on the head instead of on the handle like my old trimmer other then that i love them And my Blowers are great too
