[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this combo to have with the original blower’ trimmer I’ve 4 years ago. I was concerned that the originals might be wearing out as only warranted for 3 years. I’m 82 now & a disabled veteran (ncd) and have so much enjoyed ease of use. I use them every week all year and blower in winter for light snow too. Blower is cutting off occasionally now and probably on it’s kast leg but I am covered with my new pair & 10” chainsaw. My only income is my social security and can not afford any more tools and hoping to continue to get great service from my Worx tools. Many thanks for quality equipment. Bill

the auto string feed is very poor

I am not happy with the auto string feed otherwise the tool has plenty of power , the 2.0 batteries are a little weak but ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The batteries are terrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my trimmer and blower on 8-16-22. I like the products well enough and they work like a charm but the battery time is less than acceptable. I spoke to a lovely tech name Quinta and she explained that the blower only runs for 6-12 minutes on high and 15-17 minutes on low. There is no way I can use the blower and the trimmer on one battery. I bought this on the recommendation of friends that love your products and batteries. She can use her battery for about 45 minutes. I expected mine to do the same - no way. I hope that this will be rectified.

Hello Valued Customer! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review. Our 20V batteries work on a variety of tools and have average runtimes of up to 30 minutes. However, blowers use more power and when the blower is on the highest setting it will deplete the battery's power more quickly. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional battery to assist with tackling larger tasks.

Lightweight, easy to use and dependable.

This is my second Worx tool, and like my hedge trimmer, is has proven to be a very well thought out product. It is easy to handle, easy to maintain and does a fine job of keeping the grass trimmed. And the battery means that I do not have to mess around mixing up gas and oil for the other string trimmer. I am very pleased with the trimmer.
