Light weight and easy to use

I’ve used this once and I was 4 days post surgery! It was simple to put together, easy to use and charges quick. We just ordered one for my mom who is 62yo and she can use it with ease as well.

Light weight and reliable string trimmer

I have the first generation of the WORX string trimmer and still use it today. When my father-in-law (81 years old) needed a new string trimmer because his was too heavy and cumbersome, needing an extra long extension cord, and trying to use a gas one that you had to pull and pull in order to get it started, I knew he needed a WORX string trimmer. He is amazed that he does not tire out so fast when trimming up the yard and is surprised how long the spool lasts. He shows off his yard every time I stop over for a visit. The reason for 4 stars is the blower heats up quickly and shuts off before the job is done. You have to wait until it cools down to use it to finish the job.

bought this combo to go with the "Wifes" weadeater, my drill now we have 4 battery vompatible tools . my 68 year old sister just purchased a Worx weedeater .

I purchased the combo about a month ago. Definitely none too soon. Very excited when it came. Great features especially for older females who still do gardening and light lawn work such as trimming their flower beds. Lawn services do t seem to understand about how the individual gardner wants their raised beds and other flower beds trimmed.

Great Value Equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The string trimmer and blower does solid work. They do not have a lot of power, and the battery does not last a long time, but they do what I need them to do. For the cost of this kit I believe it is a great value.
