Disapointed at best

No problems with the blower. The weed eater has been a fight from the day I bought it. String will not advance, it breaks very easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's unfortunate to learn that the trimmer is not feeding the line.
In order to use your automatic line feed system, you must first remove your battery, then manually feed the line about 2 inches out at the bottom. Feeding the line out this small bit is to ensure you can tell if the line has fed out or not. Once this is done, place the battery back on the tool and, while running the trimmer normally, click on the line feed button several times WITHOUT letting go of the trigger. This will cause your trimmer to turn on and off repeatedly, but once you click the button several times, you will be able to notice at the bottom that your line has fed out normally.

The batteries do not last long and the charger is not universal. I feel had and will be reluctant to purchase in the future.

Thank you for sharing your review! The charger supplied with this 20-volt combo kit is only compatible with other 20 volt batteries. With the supplied 2.0Ah 20 volt batteries, one can expect up to 30 minutes run time when used on the trimmer, and 7-15 minutes with the blower. WORX also offers high capacity 4.0Ah 20-volt batteries that will provide 1 hour of run time with your trimmer and double the run time of the blower as well!

Easy to use and gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the trimmer doesn't pack a ton of power it packs enough to do the job it's intended for. This results in the line breaking less often and allows for the unit to weigh less which results in less fatigue. The blower has plenty of power to clear the grass / weed debris from weeding and mowing. The biggest drawback is the battery power runs out quicker then I would expect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best trimmer on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been doing yard work for a lot of years and until I bought the Worx, my lawn rarely was trimmed, solely because the string would break or get messed up. With the worx, I’ve yet to have the string break off and unspool. The wheels for edging are perfect! My yard looks better than it ever has because of this trimmer.

My original trimmer broke and I had to replace it. It’s always great to be able to replace something at a great price. And, to get additional items like a blower and battery is a plus!

Lightweight and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a lightweight weedeater. I cannot handle the big gas ones. I ordered this and loved it so much I have now ordered two more as gifts for ladies in their 70s. The two batteries allows more cutting time. The blower us also very lightweight and can be used with one hand. I think the total weight of the trimmer is 5-6 pounds. I bought a strap to use that puts all the weight on my shoulder and so basically just guide the trimmer around effortlessly. The Telescoping shaft puts it at the perfect height. And the pivoting head gives me the perfect angle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
