I also had old pictures of my family that I wanted to keep safe. We have always trusted Samsung products and felt reassured buying this product to store our memories. It's compatible with the devices I use and I've been traveling with it all over the world and it has not been damaged.

A Fast and Reliable Card for many uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Samsung T7 128gb micro SDXC card for my action camera since I wanted a card to be able to keep up with the demand of my camera while recording in 4k and it has worked great.
The card is very fast and it does well every time either recording or uploading or downloading videos from my card to the cloud or my computer.
I tried other cards and this one has done better, and taking pictures at fast speeds is just a breeze for this card too.
My laptop also has a micro SD Slot so I can transfer the videos and photos without the need of my camera and it does it even faster.
While traveling I like to have a few cards on hand since I like to take long videos and I like the size since it is not the smallest or the biggest. if I loose one card I do not loose everything, maybe just what was in that card.
Overall, I like the speed, it is reliable and I like it, It does not come with a case or an adapter, I have a case for all the cards and I also have adapters but just in case you need one, it does not come with it.

Great Memory Card

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of Samsung products. I own TV's, tablets and multiple iterations of their phones. I also own some of their hard drives and a few memory cards. This memory card is faster and more reliable than some of the other ones that I've had in the past. It has very good access speed and the size was perfect for the device that I was putting it in. I actually have it in a front door security camera and it has increased my storage as well as my access time to the videos on the card.

Reliable Budget Storage With Decent Speed

It works well for phones, tablets, Nintendo Switch systems, dash cams, and basic photography. File transfers are fairly quick for a UHS-I card, and the 128GB size gives plenty of room for apps, videos, and photos without costing too much.
The main downside is that it is not the fastest card available, so large file transfers or 4K video recording may take longer compared to higher-end cards. Some users may also prefer a more well-known premium brand for long-term reliability.

Does what a good memory card should do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slotted it into a GoPro and it was recognized right away. No formatting needed. Pulled the footage off after a shoot and transfers hit close to the rated 170 MB/s with a decent reader.
Didn't stall halfway through like cheaper cards tend to do.
4K records without dropping frames, which is really all you want from a card in an action cam. The V30 rating holds up under sustained writes. A2 doesn't matter as much in a GoPro but nice to have if you ever swap it into something else.
The card itself feels solid. Not flimsy like some no-name ones where you worry about the contacts. Samsung lists it as waterproof, X-ray proof, and magnet proof, which I have no plans to test but nice to know it's built for being tossed in a bag with the rest of the gear.
I would recommend this to a friend!
