I’ve been in the market for a good quality air purifier for a while and stumbled upon Windmill via an ad on social media. I live in Southern California and unfortunately found myself in more immediate need of a purifier a few weeks ago with the wildfires that occurred. I placed an order for a Windmill Air Purifier and was set to have one delivered two days after placing the order. However, due to a mishap with FedEx, the air purifier I ordered got stuck in transit and has yet to arrive (RIP).
I reached out to the Windmill customer support team and in less than ten minutes after reaching out, a representative responded and connected me to their supervisor who immediately offered me alternative options and a solution and ultimately made me feel heard as a customer. Within three days of reaching out to the customer support team, another air purifier was shipped out to me via a different shipping method and I was able to finally test it out/use it over this past weekend.
The quality of the air purifier and ease-of-use has been fantastic and I’m very happy with my purchase! I’m also thankful for and want to give a huge shoutout to the Windmill customer support team as they went above and beyond to resolve the shipping issue that occurred with FedEx. I highly recommend this product and company not just for their great products, but for their amazing customer support team and how they truly make you feel seen and heard as a customer. Thank you to everyone at Windmill!
