Best watch for everything

The wristband is not the same as the original instinct I had for almost 15 years. The clasp is plastic instead of metal but so far it has been durable. Bought the Fern Green and i love it! Long battery life for how often i use it too.

Amoled screens are better than solar screens.

I bought the Instinct 3 Amoled 20 days ago. I am very happy with my purchase. I have had a first gen Instinct Tactical Solar. That watch was a fantastic unit, got 3 years out of it, was perfect for the very physical job I had doing fire protection inspections and service. I saw the 3 Amoled, and wanted one. I like the bigger size, and the screen is easy to see in all light. The torch is a nice added feature. I do not miss the solar side of things at all. Excellent watch.

Recently upgraded from the instinct 2 to the instinct 3. Loving the AMOLED. Still as great as my old watch and enjoying the vivid display.

Apple to Germin

I gave up my Apple for this watch just for a change. The Apple Watch is great but is a iPhone in your wrist. I wanted something different. I have an iPhone already.
So far I’m pleased only thing missing is the touch screen.

Great watch. Still figuring it out. Garmin so far rules all others, hands down. Just ordered the Fenix 8 pro, gonna need some time to adjust lol. Wished I would have started my watch collection with Garmin.

Instinct 3 50mm AMOLED

Only time will tell...Going from a 2018 Forerunner 945 (~8yrs old) that's been my daily driver, and still perfectly functional.
Feels durable / good quality, screen is bright, sensors appear accurate.
I understand that the display being 50mm AMOLED, would technically use battery life more than not, but for being new I would expect more out of a full charge, especially as the screen times out.
All said, I do really like it.
