Always Offline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to love these, but since I got the new ones, they are always offline and I can't get them to work. The older models were better that way. But I have a really hard time getting them to connect to the WiFi and I'm not very techy so it's really discouraging. I am close to bagging it and trying something less techy. Any help would be appreciated!!!

I have a Pura Home in my living room and two smaller diffusers in the bedrooms, and they make such a difference. Coming home to a house that always smells amazing is something I genuinely look forward to every day. The scheduling features are incredibly convenient, and I love being able to control everything right from my phone. So far, I haven’t found a single scent that I dislike. My entire home feels fresh, welcoming, and personalized. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

As an added bonus, the ability to set schedules and mange via the app is fabulous.
