Nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yhis was a fine upgrade from my HP4655 to this HP9720 PRO series. So much more features and abilities to use. The print is so much clearer print and font usage. Starter ink is a nice amount and it hooked up in a snap, just have to download the app, which I already have, add it and it started working immediatly.

Reliable Wi-Fi Printer with Great Print Qualit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with this printer. It was easy to set up, and getting it connected to Wi-Fi didn’t take long. Wireless printing works well almost all the time. Every once in a while it doesn’t connect right away, but restarting the printer has fixed it for me.
The print quality is nice and clear, it prints quickly, and copying has worked without any problems. I also like that it can handle different paper sizes instead of just standard sheets. The paper tray holds enough that I’m not always having to refill it.
HP Instant Ink has also been worth having. It’s nice not worrying about running out of ink when I need to print something. I would just recommend watching your printing usage since they will charge you per print after you go over!
Overall, it’s been a dependable printer that’s easy to use for everyday printing at home. I’d buy another HP printer based on my experience with this one.

Great large format all in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using both the HP OfficeJet 9122 and the HP OfficeJet 9720 for a while now, and they’ve honestly become things we didn’t realize we’d depend on so much. Setup for both printers was quick, and getting them connected to our computers and phones was easy, so everyone in the house could start using them right away without any confusion. It’s been especially nice not having to troubleshoot or spend time figuring things out.
The real test came when we had to scan a 50-page double-sided legal document, which is usually the kind of task everyone avoids. Normally that would take forever, but the dual-side scanning made it incredibly simple on both machines. We just loaded everything in and let it run, no flipping pages or standing there watching it the whole time.
What really impressed me was the mobile scanning feature. The AI automatically figured out the correct page orientation, so everything came through clean, straight, and in the right order without any extra effort. That convenience really stood out, especially when using the 9720 for larger or more frequent jobs.
Print quality has been solid across the board on both printers, whether it’s basic documents or color prints, and they’ve been reliable with no issues so far. Between work documents and random family needs like school papers and forms, they get used a lot and haven’t slowed us down at all. Overall, both the 9122 and the 9720 have been a great fit for our household and especially helpful for the work files I need to print and scan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with my HP OfficeJet pro. I have been using this for weeks and it’s been an absolute life changer for me. It was SO simple to install. You just follow the prompts on the little screen and bam you’re done! I have gone through a lot of printers over the years and this is by far the best one I’ve ever owned. It prints really easily and quickly and I have yet to experience any jamming. One of the main reasons I chose this printer was the ability to print larger formats, and it’s been perfect for that. The touchscreen is easy to use, the wireless connection has been reliable, and the HP app makes printing from my phone incredibly convenient. I’m really happy with this purchase. If you’re looking for a dependable all in one printer for a home office or small business, I definitely recommend the HP OfficeJet Pro 9720.

Great All-In-One for small businesses!

The set up was easy, thanks to the app and clear instructions The print quality is clear and sharp and just easy. It handles wide-format printing which is a great option for different projects. The size works for any small space and it is also quieter than my last printer. I can make copies of various sizes and can always control my printing via my app. Great printer/copier and I’m a happy business owner with it.

Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely would recommend! I had another HP printer that would get the clogged ink in the lines majority of the year and it was brand new. So this a HP printer is a total game changer. This has printer cartridges so I don’t have to worry about clogged lines, prints pages in eight second. Would recommend for small businesses or small office use of excessive printing like referrals, orders, small scrapbooking projects or small projects. Used to print out presentations, my son‘s preschool work, and nursing school projects. I can already tell the difference from my old HP to this HP printer. I highly recommended.

The setup was quick and easy, and connecting it to my Wi-Fi and phone only took a few minuts. Perfect for my home office!

I use this from my children's school projects and also to print coupons. I can use it to copy coloring sheets for my children and make them at home. I love that it is connected to my smart phone and I can use the HP app to quickly print things right with a touch of my finger on my phone.
It works great and the ink cartridges are easy to replace. I highly recommend for all of your home office needs!
