Truly excellent TV for most people

I have had this for a month and a half; honestly think it's at least as good as a woled for Netflix and better still for standard definition cable and sports since it gets bright and has very accurate colors in professional mode. Especially with the discount running now - 20 plus percent so close after release - it's really excellent. Zero regrets choosing this over an overpriced OLED alternative. Reminds me very much of the mini led screen on MacBook pro - similar quality.

Only works one day

bought a 77-inch Sony TV from Best Buy, brought it home, had it installed, and it worked for one day. The next morning it simply wouldn’t turn on or function at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially for a premium brand like Sony, and after spending so much. I had to return the TV, buy another one, and deal with a lot of stress and wasted time. This whole process dragged on for about ten days, which was honestly exhausting.
This is not the kind of experience anyone expects when buying a high-end product.
I hope Sony takes this feedback seriously. At the very least, I think a sincere apology and some sort of goodwill gesture. like a gift card or any reasonable way to make this right would be appropriate. I genuinely expected better quality and support. Thank you.
