Bad batch?

Something must be wrong with the one I received because the reviews for this one are glowing but I disliked this one so much that I didn’t even want to plug it in. I don’t know what it is specifically but there’s a strong note in there that smells off to me. I’ve tried other scents from Studio McGee that I’ve enjoyed so thinking it was part of a weird batch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has become a personal favorite scent for me, that I plan to keep on hand. It is definitely a softer scent, but it’s just a really nice everyday scent in my opinion. I haven’t tried a Studio McGee scent so far that I disliked.
