Didn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this but it legitimately didn’t work at all. No matter what i tried, i couldn’t get it to work for me. It’s a shame because the quality of the actual product is very nice and durable feeling. I just think i got a defective unit.
