Needs a more substantial battery

I love Ninja products and everything I have ever bought has been amazing. I run a daycare out of my home. Our leaf blower is not my friend and I need something to clear off sidewalks, driveways and my garage so little humans can play. I bought this item a couple months ago. I love that it’s lightweight and has a nozzle to get into tight places. The battery is terrible. I can use this product for 5-10 minutes and a red light goes on indicating overheating. This item does the job but it takes hours to get the job accomplished because of the battery power. It is disappointing after my previous experiences with Shark products.

At the same time, we can appreciate how frustrating it is when the runtime doesn’t match your expectations and the unit pauses due to overheating, making a quick cleanup stretch into a much longer task.
For reference, runtime will vary depending on the mode being used. In Indoor Mode, the unit can run for up to 49 minutes, in Outdoor Mode for up to 10 minutes, and in Boost Mode for up to 8 minutes. Higher power settings will naturally reduce runtime and generate more heat, which can affect operating time between charges.
If your unit is not aligning with these expected runtimes or is overheating during normal use, we recommend completing the appropriate troubleshooting steps:

Good product, Accessories are useless

Airflow is good, I like the handheld but the accessories are questionable. The Precision nozzle only works with the wand, I wish it connected directly to the unit. The blast brush is useless, not sure when I would use this as the air blasts in front of the brush, would be beneficial if if blows behind after brush loosens dirt. I bought the agitator nozzle too, but again only connects to the wand and not the unit itself. The wand makes it bulky, hard to use in the car or other confined spaces.

Compared to provided blowers used to clean delivery vans this BlastBoss' air flow efficiency is noticeably more effective in cleaning caked on dust and worse in vans that are disgustingly dangerous and unclean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best cleaning appliance you didn’t know you needed

This is the best product I’ve bought in a long time. I have hard wood floors and a sectional couch that is not mobile so I had no way to get the dirt and dust out from under it until this beauty it is strong enough to blow the dirt and dust out from under the couch so I can vacuum it right up. It is also wonderful for dusting things like my blinds, plant leaves, blowing dirt out of corners or object up high. It is made to work indoor and outdoor but I have only used it indoors. It is very powerful and holds a charge long enough to complete any chore. The process for what you get is a good value. Another thing that I love is it is easy to break down and store, it isn’t bulky or heavy. I am so happy some came up with this product.

I'm really enjoying using my new BlastBoss. It's lightweight, easy to use, it switches out easily from indoor-to-outdoor use. For such a lightweight product, it's quite powerful. When you use the boost mode, it puts out a high rate of airflow, and cleans my front porch easily and quickly. GREAT purchase!!
