Perfect Grip & Stand

I took my new phone grip/stand with me on a recent trip via plane. It was the perfect way to watch a movie without having to hold my phone the whole time. And I love the various ways to use the grip and stand. So versatile and sleek!

Does everything it is suppose to do. Causes device and wireless charger to create excessive heat. Has to be removed while charging.

I have used the older grip for about 3 years and have really like it but this is way better! The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because i have to line it very carefully on my charging stand or it wont charge. But overall a great buy and i love i can turn my pages on my books i read without it tipping over! thanks for making a cool product- i am telling my friends

Great as a grip and a stand but

I own several magnetic phone grips and stands, and the main reason I decided to try the OhSnap Grip & Stand was its advertised ability to allow wireless charging without removing it. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. With the OhSnap installed, wireless charging does not work at all on my phone, which defeats the primary reason I purchased it.On the positive side, the grip is very slim, comfortable to use, and the magnets are impressively strong. It looks great and doesn't add much bulk to the phone. However, having to remove it every time I want to charge and then put it back on afterward is frustrating and inconvenient.Overall, it's a well-designed and slim magnetic grip with strong magnets, but if you're buying it specifically for seamless wireless charging, your experience may vary. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

This is the most useful add on for my phone. Only negative is if you have it on a case that has a smooth back (e.g. otterbox magsafe case that does not have a rubberized back) if you drop your phone the snap grip will fall off. I have two phones both have otterbox magsafe cases one is the defender pro case and has the rubberized back, this works great for that phone i would give it a 5 out of 5, the other is a lesser case that is also magsafe but does not have rubber exterior. For that case it allows the ohsnap to move a little and if you drop your phone it will fall off for that case I would give a 3 out of 5.
