Thought it was gonna break but it hasn't yet! I love having a phone stand anywhere I go. I use the magnetics to stick phone everywhere. I was also able to wedge the phone stand on the car seat and head rest to watch YouTube.

Fancy packaging. Poor product. Not even one full day of use and the socket no longer properly seats back in. Only reason for not giving 1 star is because I can still use the stand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So the stand works great. But the pop out finger holder of used for to long doesn’t always want to go back against the housing. Also it’s either this or the car phone holder or a combination of both but magnets are weak

I really do love this grip/stand, and bonus- it works as a selfie stabilizer! haha. Now I can be in the picture with my freaking tall family, and not just my eyes and half my nose way down in the corner. If I could charge wirelessly with it installed, it would be a solid 5 stars.

I purchased a simple snap about a year ago and I was really disappointed when I changed cases and the adhesive wouldn’t stick anymore. So I was so so happy that you have changed this to a high-powered magnet and I can move it to any case or phone I want to. It is really really high-quality!

If you’re buying solely for the stand, this is a great purchase. If you’re buying this because you’re used to what the OhSnap grip has provided you with previous versions, this is not the one for you. Sure, it has the same pop out grip as the other versions and it works just the same. But that’s where the similarities end. Two of my favorite features from previous versions are either subpar or missing, it does not charge through when using a MagSafe charger, and the magnets on the back of this are probably about half the strength of any other version I’ve ever tried. if you’re on the fence all this, then I would wait for the next version of this when they perfect it. Go with the latest version of the grip for now.
