“Snap” is accurate

Unfortunately, this snapped in half during the FIRST week of use. Nothing special was happening so there appears to be a serious weak spot defect where the stand attaches to the magnetic circle. I’ve also had issues with the finger holder not folding back into place correctly from the first use.I should mention, I’ve emailed support twice regarding these issues and have not heard back. So I’m sadly left leaving this bad review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brilliantly designed, but...

This version of the Snap grip is an excellent innovation for those who use your phone at a desk or at the gym for video. The hinge feels stable and friction-holds at almost any angle. It seems to me that the magnetic hold is a bit less while mounting to metal racks at the gym or most significantly in my car on the charging mount. The phone will slide or fall off completely. Disappointed, but still impressed by the engineering.
