Magnets are far too weak

The old Snap Grip magnets were perfect and I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’ve bought a ridiculous amount of the Snap Grips. This new version has such weak magnets. I also tried the normal, new Snap Grip but same problems with magnet strength. My phone has detached from it very easily and it’s ridiculously difficult to put it on the OhSnap magnetic desk stand. The stand / hinge part is mostly good. Holds my phone up well but is easy to adjust the angle. I wish it swiveled as a feature. I pretty much just force the entire Grip Stand to swivel rather than take it off by its leaving scratches. Please bring back longer magnets — I’m about ready move on to another product/company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So glad that OhSnap! made the new version that allows for portrait standing. I use this many times every day! And I've really gown to like the original disc pop-out for holding it easier. Great product! Very glad I got it!

Almost perfect - keep going!

Works really well like I expect from my OhSnap grips, but the stand can be hard to open. Also, the rotation of the OhSnap to make use of the different stand variations is not quite there yet. Maybe some way to reduce the friction?Lastly, I use magsafe charging, but I have to remove my OhSnap because it gets hot if I don't.

Best Phone Grip!!!!

I really enjoyed this product and how versatile it is. The magnets on this are strong and stay firm on my phone, the kickstand is so convenient for when I watch videos, and the finger holder makes this so much easier for me to hold my phone in my hand! Overall 10 out of 10!

Stand is cool, magnets not as strong

The stand is a cool feature, but the magnetic grip to things like a car mount, wall mount, or other Magsafe product is significantly less strong than the original. Makes me debate if it is worth it. If I had to choose again I would probably go with the other model without a built-in stand.
