Does not charge through the Snap

I was originally very excited to replace my old. Oh snap with the new snap grip stand.The stand part is fantastic, but the magnet to attach to MagSafe charging is very weak and I find it does not charge my phone through MagSafe with this gripThis is very frustrating as I’ve now had to take it off at night to charge my phone, and I run the risk of it falling off of my car mount due to the weaker magnetCould this be a faulty product and I need a replacement? Could you please contact me on this as it is very frustrating.

Great alternative to Pop Sockets

I have been looking for a product that does what the pop sockets do, but without the bulge. The snap grip didn't quite do it for me, but the Snap Grip Stand is absolutely the best!

I have had the regular snap product for a couple years and LOVE IT, when I saw it with the stand, knew I had to give it a shot! I use it SOOO much more than I thought.

Almost perfect

I loved my Snap Grip 4, but since I’ve been having issues with the Snap Grip 5 with it not being as strong and the magnets falling out, I was skeptical to get one. However, I was thoroughly surprised! I really like the stand because it’s really versatile. The inner magnets have a cover, so they don’t fall out, and the grip is fairly strong. The only downside is that it still doesn’t seep to align with the car mount properly and the stand ring can sometimes be difficult to get open. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

It has to be user error because my Snap 2 is still holding strong. The magnetic hold with this grip is so weak it fell off my mag safe case when I was trying to open the stand. I’m returning this as it just won’t work for me and I’m beyond frustrated as I love this company truly. For me I’d love the ring to be just like the Snap 2-I legit left my phone on top of my car and drove a few miles with it there. Thanks to the Snap my phone didn’t even budge! With this new grip stand I feel like my phone would slide off my car just from the vibration of closing my door. If it even made it that far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really good, unique design for the pop-up. I wish the single finger hold were more comfortable. The only flaw I found is in the popping mechanism: if one of the "legs" gets bent backward, the device cannot close. Once this starts happening, it is hard to fix.

Best Snap Ever

My only complaint with the previous Snap was its support to standing position in portrait. This Snap Grip Stand absolutely nailed it. So easy to adjust the position (both portrait and landscape) while maintaining its sturdiness and stability. This is why I keep purchasing OhSnap for the past few years.

This stand/popsocket is really cool. I really like the magnetic feature. The only thing I'll say is that I wish the packaging was a bit more intuitive. It took me a while to find the adhesive magnetic strip, but other than that, it was easy to install.
