A great product!

I have used "kick stands" on my phones for years, with various designs. Each was either bulky or was built into the case, with certain design limitations, like failing to charge, or falling off, or so bulky that it catches on my pants pockets. I like the Ohsnap! version quite a lot. I have a MagSafe phone case around my Apple iPhone 16 Max Pro. The Grip Stand clings to it very tightly. The Grip Stand doesn't come off of the phone when I put the phone on the charger or on my when the phone is on my auto dashboard holder. I docked one star, because when I put the phone on any holder, it must be carefully aligned to grip onto the charger or holder. Once it is connected, it charges well. I just have to pay more attention to it each time I put the phone, with the case, with the Ohsnap! onto the charging magnet. Once aligned, all goes well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great stand, but the magnetic backing leaves residue

I really wanted to like this because the grip and stand function is actually great. It feels slim, clever, and works well for standing the phone in portrait and landscape.The issue is the magnetic side/backing. My first one had the backing film slightly off-center and it felt tacky. It also left residue on my MagSafe phone case. Support told me the film is supposed to stay on, so I got a replacement.The replacement was aligned better, but the magnetic side still feels slightly sticky/tacky. For a MagSafe accessory that is supposed to snap on and off cleanly, I don’t think it should leave residue or feel sticky against a phone case.Great idea and great stand design, but the magnetic backing/finish needs improvement. I would not recommend it if you are particular about keeping your phone case clean.

Perhaps the most perfect iPhone accessory ever

I've gone through cases, batteries, stands, and rings. This may very will be the perfect iPhone accessory ever. The biggest thing is that it is so low profile. When you don't need it, it's not in the way. There is no bulk in the pocket. But when you need it, the snap feature is there. The stand is there. The magnet is there. And the passthrough charging is there so you really don't need to take it off. Assuming MagSafe will be around for a long time, this will be useful for future phones as well.

It's very good, but the magnet is a tad weak. On some metal items it slips or doesn't give a strong hold. But it works well on most metal

I usually don't take the time to do reviews any more, but this is one of those things that is so notable that it would be a shame not to review it. To say this is a game changer is an understatement. On my S26 Ultra, it eliminates the camera bump and allows the phone to sit flat. I use it constantly for the stand function, which feels very high quality. The pop grip is great during running or sketchy photo shoots...not sure how durable it is long term but only time will tell. It's easy to hang off things or put it on racks for lifting as well. The only downside is it isn't compatible with wireless charging. On the fence? Get it.
