No complaints as this works so well. Arrive perfectly and started cleaning our air right out of the box. Love that I just clean the filter myself. Also wiper quiet. Senses an air changes immediately.

Great air purifier, cleans proactively as well as when theres a noticeable contaminant in the air. My only recommendation would be that i wish these were smart so i could monitor air quality in the shark app!

Excellent air purifiers!

We bought the smaller 600 sq ft unit about a month ago, then just purchased the larger 1600 sq ft unit a week ago. We call them “little R2” and “big R2”. We leave the smaller in our bedroom and the larger in the great room area. I have allergies, so both have been great at reducing the visible dust, etc. We’ve even noticed that when we are cooking or baking that it will adjust for the odors and quickly clean the air. We had some work done on our fireplace and it quickly responded to the air quality change. Love that I can see the air quality at a glance. And, love that we don’t have to change out expensive filters frequently and can just vacuum or wash out the pre-filter. We haven’t had to so far but it’s great that it will tell us when it’s due. So far, both have been a great addition and since they are Shark products, I believe they will last and be of great benefit for quite a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a great compact size for the upstairs rooms in my house (approximately 1,000 feet). It is easy to setup and even has the ability to set dark hours where the display darkens. And the filter is good for six years, so I don’t have to worry about constantly changing it. I only wish there was a way to dim the button on top of the unit, as they put of quite a bit of light in a dark room.
