It would be helpful to speak with an agent. When I called several times and requested English I got a recording in French. Then it was over a week to get an automated response. I was unsure about whether it was received.

Forno Fridge/Freezer

Unit was nice, it didn't have the trim with it, needed to ask for it to be sent, it has been in service since march of 2024 not quite a year and the freezer side has quit making cold air to freeze or refrigerate . need it repaired or replaced asap

It was super hard to build it in place and put it together and you need two plugs, one for each piece.
