LS / RS set, fridge starts off with high humidity

The fridge model is FFFFD1722-28RS, was not an option; I selected the closest choice, includes BLK in the model name. First week, I have (7) Therm Pro hygrometer thermometers, I placed 3 into the fridge, it constantly reads high humidity 80-90+, I set the temp to 36, currently reading 42-43. I cleaned the door seal and adjusted the front legs. There is still light condensation on shelves and containers. I called, instructed by AI to unplug for 1 hour and run for 1 hour and record the results. . . With no dispensers, ice, or add-on gimmicks I expected a another start. The freezer LS is performing as expected.

We chose to use one as a freezer & the other as a fridge (side-by-side). We like the optional stainless steel or antique bronze handles. My only complaint is that the paperwork did not come with the unit(s).

LED PANAL NOT WORKING

I have a warranty request. My refrigerator control panel is not lighting up, but the refrigerator / freezer works. Need new LED light strip.
