Love my Dual side-by-side Forno Refrigerator/Freezer combo. Customer Service was responsive soon after I purchased my Forno. Now for the second time I have been contacted in a timely manner after reaching out to inquire about some parts I have need of. I look forward to enjoying my Forno for years to come.

Poor design of grill, needed to be retro fitted by outside contractor. Doors replaced due to obvious scratches prior to packing. Costly expenses not expected upon purchace.
