The HP OmniStudio 238 AIO DT freezes up intermittently. I have to unplug the platform to get it to restart. The problem occurs 3 to 5 times per week. HP techs have updated the firmware and reloaded Windows 11 but the problems remains. I hosted 2 zoom meetings that was dropped. The techs are still working on the problem.

Your instructions for setting up are terrible. Appalling. Also, understanding tech lingo is not for everyone. You never seem to make it easy for us common folk.

Unit sets up easily, synchs with other laptop with ease. One complaint is audio quality of output.

PC is great! Very good quality display. Adjustable height stand is what I wanted but it won’t latch properly into the all-in-one. Two hours on the phone with 4 different HP support reps to no avail. Very frustrating.
