Terrible Picture Quality in Dark Rooms

I’m very disappointed with the picture quality, especially in a dark room. Dark scenes look horrible with uneven backlighting, bright spots, blooming, and poor black uniformity. Adjusting the picture settings doesn’t fix it. On top of that, it doesn’t even include LG’s Magic Remote—you have to purchase one separately if you want it. It also lacks Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support, which is extremely disappointing for a 98-inch TV at this price. Between the poor dark-room performance and missing premium features, I would not recommend this TV for movies or home theater use.

Affordable and high quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new 65” LG YV! The size is perfect for our living room. It was easy to set up and has been working flawlessly. We’re really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend it! What I like most about this TV is the picture quality. The 4K picture is incredibly crisp and detailed, and the colors are bright and vibrant without looking overly artificial. I especially notice the difference when watching 4K shows and movies—the details are really sharp, and faces and scenery look very clear. Upgraded our older LG for this Stunner

I did all kinds of research and decided on this one- we were shocked at how light the tvs have gotten in 6 years, I could lift it onto our mount by myself! Not only that, the quality is unmatched; 4k really makes a difference especially when watching movies and sports.

Perfect Upgrade for the living room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to the 75-inch LG 4K Nano UHD Smart TV because we wanted a bigger screen to enjoy the World Cup with our family. We love getting everyone together for the matches, so this felt like the perfect time to upgrade our living room.
The setup was surprisingly easy, you will just need another person to help you. It connected to Wi-Fi in just a few minutes, and the smart TV interface was simple to navigate right from the start. The first thing we noticed was the picture quality. The 4K display is incredibly sharp.
Another thing I really like is the design. It is clean, modern and it matches the product photos perfectly.
Overall, we’re really happy with this purchase, it’s been a fantastic upgrade. If you’re looking for a big-screen TV with excellent picture quality, easy setup, and a great smart TV experience, I’d definitely recommend this one.

New favorite spot in our house with a tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We picked up this LG TV for our basement, which is still a work in progress, and it’s already made the space feel so much more finished. The picture quality really stood out right away — colors look nice and detailed, and it’s noticeably sharper than whay I was excepting. Setup was simple and didn’t take long at all, even for someone who isn’t super techy. I also love how slim the design is; it looks great on a stand (our floor currently) and I know on the wall when we mount it, it won’t feel bulky at all. We are going use it daily which I am so excited for.
Would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade a room without wanting to overspend.

However, I am dropping one star on this tv because 75% of the time when I turn it on, it will say no network connection. There is no issue with my wifi and the router is near the TV. Sometimes you have to disconnect and reconnect to the wifi or turn the TV on and off or just wait a few minutes. Other than that I love my lg tv. Do wish it didnt have AI.
