Obsessed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We honestly love this 83-inch OLED TV. It’s by far the best TV we’ve ever owned, and it completely transformed our living room. We recently moved into our new home, so we wanted a TV that would really complete the space, and this was the perfect choice. We have it mounted above our fireplace, and one of my favorite things is how flat and seamless it sits against the wall. It gives the room such a clean, modern look and made the entire space feel so much more luxurious compared to the bulky TV we had before. The picture quality is incredibly clear. One of the coolest features is the remote—it makes navigating everything feel quick and easy, and it’s become one of those little things we appreciate every day. We mainly use the TV for family movie nights and everyday viewing. Setup was straightforward, and the smart features are easy to use. I would definitely recommend.

The Best TV We Have Owned
on August 12, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this 65-inch LG OLED TV, and I like it so much. TV is so sleek and beautiful design. The picture is super crystal clear, and the colors look so bright.
It was so easy to setup the TV, took few mins, and the menu is simple to use. The remote also has quick buttons for popular apps, so I can open them without searching through the menu, very convenient. I also installed the LG ThinQ app on my mobile phone, in fact my daughter installed on her phone too, so we can use our phone as a remote. This is very useful and convenient when the remote is not near or you feel little lazy to get up, you can simply use phone for many things.
AI feature is very powerful that makes the picture and sound awesome by itself as I do not have to keep changing the settings. The TV adjusts everything based on what I am watching, which makes it very easy to use.

Great picture, but settings change from app to app
on August 9, 2026

Great picture than any TV I've had before. My only issue is the settings change on their own from app to app. Even when watching a movie then a commercial then back to the same movie. The clarity goes back to 0 and the picture is choppy. I go to settings and change the clarity back to 5 or 6. Smooth picture again. Every app changes the picture settings even when I choose the "°apply to all inputs" option. It's disappointing. Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, YouTube TV, and Tubi will have different settings. 2 LG TVs in my home and they both have the same issue.

Hello, Jason. We appreciate you taking the time to share your review regarding your LG OLED77B5PUA TV. We recognize your experience with picture clarity settings auto-adjusting across different streaming apps and content. To help maintain consistent picture settings, navigate to your TV settings and turn off Auto Genre Selection or Precision Detail options under Picture Settings, as content-based features like HDR or Dolby Vision dynamically adjust modes independently of input presets. We want to help ensure your home entertainment setup operates perfectly and comfortably for your household. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to finally upgrade from a 65 inch tv, and honestly the size wasn't even the biggest change, the whole experience feels different. Setup was easy as well. It walks you through connecting to wifi and setting up your account. The remote is simple to use and doesn't feel cluttered with a million buttons I'll never touch + the magic remote scroll elevates the experience. The interface is easy to navigate also. Picture quality is what actually sold me though. Blacks are actually black and the colors look extremely vibrant. There's also a picture mode built specifically for movies that adjusts the lighting around the screen to match what's happening on screen, which makes a huge difference during movie nights. If you've been going back and forth on upgrading, just do it!

Gorgeous picture, sleek build and top AI features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We set up this 80+ inch LG OLED TV in our basement to create a dark, movie-theater feel for watching films, sports, and gaming. My first impression right out of the box was how incredibly thin the profile is—we opted to wall-mount it, and it looks sleek.
The setup process was very easy. Using the LG ThinQ app, getting connected to Wi-Fi, syncing the soundbar, and hooking up a local antenna took just a few minutes. As for performance, the AI-infused picture and sound quality are exceptional. We tested it with some movies right away, and the colors—especially the bright reds and greens—were crisp and beautiful. And the darks, were true black.
It handles switching between high-resolution movies and fast-paced gaming flawlessly, automatically suggesting the best settings for each. I highly recommend this TV if you are looking for a massive, high-quality screen that genuinely delivers on its premium promises. Looks great, works great, but...

Picture is great. Best screen I've ever owned. If you're on the fence about OLED, just do it. Huge upgrade from LED. The one big issue with this TV in particular is the magic remote feature with the mouse pointer. The main 'select' button is also a scroll wheel that activates the on screen pointer if accidentally scrolled which happens constantly. Its extremely annoying and what's even more annoying is that there's no way to disable it. It's a huge flaw and is a big PITA. FIX IT, LG! I've also had to replace the remote once under warranty because the button/wheel broke and fell into the inside of the remote. It will likely happen again at some point. It's these reasons that I'm giving this TV a 3 instead of a 5. Fix. The. Remote.

Hello. We appreciate your time sharing your review regarding your LG 65-inch B5 Series OLED 4K Smart TV OLED65B5PUA. We recognize your experience with the Magic Remote scroll wheel functionality and pointer controls, along with your remote replacement history. To help manage remote pointer responsiveness and settings, try lowering the pointer speed and size in your TV accessibility menu, or reset the connection by holding the Back and Home buttons together for five seconds until the power light flashes before re-pairing with the scroll wheel. You can review additional troubleshooting for Magic Remote settings on our official support page at https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/how-to-fix-lg-magic-remote-connection-and-voice-recognition-issues--20154980582654?srsltid=AfmBOoowSMgQouXX-BBjWzW5abgtUolY2vgYsUeGaj1wqBhhJJVFv7wn. It worked nicely for 5 months and then I went to turn on and no picture only sound. I’ve been without a tv for a month now and still don’t know when it’ll be repaired or replaced.
Response from lg.comBy LG, July 15, 2026
Hi. We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding your LG OLED TV, model OLED65B5PUA. We recognize your shared experience with turning on your unit to find only sound without an accompanying display, as well as your experience waiting for a timeline on your repair or replacement options. To help troubleshoot this display behavior, we recommend performing a complete power reset by unplugging the TV power cord from the wall outlet or surge protector, holding down the physical power button on the TV itself for thirty seconds, and plugging it back in directly to a known working wall outlet. Additionally, press the home button on your remote to check if the TV menu displays, which can help verify if the issue is with the screen itself or a specific connected input source.
