Great picture quality - perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG OLED C5 surpassed my expectations in brightness, quality, and responsiveness - I was shopping around for a long time, and decided on the C5 because it was one of the best OLED TVs available in a not-break-the-bank price range. It took a while to get used to the remote control, but once I did, it was a breeze. I though the 77" inch TV was perfect for our family room, which was fairly large and so this TV was a well-needed upgrade. The sound quality was fine, but I had our family room wired with speakers, so connecting it to an external amplifier was a breeze - otherwise, I would have used an LG soundbar as well.

Great OLED TV

I had an old LG and it has been improved in a sound quality as well. The colors are fine details, and really bright and vibrant images. Overall as a family we really liked the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 77” LG C5 OLED delivers outstanding image quality with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast that makes movies and games look amazing. The picture is incredibly sharp and immersive, especially in darker rooms where OLED truly shines. However, while the brightness has improved compared to older models, it still isn’t quite bright enough for rooms with a lot of daylight or strong overhead lighting. In brighter environments, the screen can look a bit dim and reflections become more noticeable. Overall, it’s an excellent TV with premium visuals — just best suited for controlled-lighting setups rather than very bright rooms.

The picture quality is phenomenal - deep blacks, vibrant colors, and super sharp detail that makes movies and games look stunning. The OLED panel really shines, especially in dark scenes, and the brightness improvements over previous models are noticeable.
The user interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and pairing it with streaming apps or external devices is effortless. Audio is surprisingly good for built-in speakers, but the real magic is the overall cinematic feel this TV brings. Whether it’s movies, sports, or gaming, everything just looks better.

Very Impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the LG C5 77-inch for a little while now and it has been amazing. The picture quality is the first thing that really stood out to me. The colors look rich, the screen is extremely sharp, and movies look almost like they’re playing in a theater. Bright scenes and dark scenes both look great.
I’ve also been really impressed with how smooth it is for gaming. The response feels instant and everything looks very clear, especially in fast games. The built-in apps work well and the menu is easy to use, so I haven’t had any issues finding what I need.
The sound quality is good for a thin TV. I still prefer using a soundbar for movies, but on its own it’s definitely better than expected. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The TV looks great in my space and I feel like I got really strong value for the money. I would definitely recommend the LG C5 to anyone looking for a great OLED TV.

Excellent picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After nine years with a 60-inch 4K LED TV, I finally upgraded to the LG 77-inch C5 OLED—and the difference is remarkable. The picture quality is far superior to my old set, with stunning brightness and saturation. Before buying, I worried about how OLEDs would perform in bright rooms, but those concerns disappeared quickly. Even with two windows letting in sunlight and the curtains open, the image remains vivid and sharp. Sound quality is decent, though I use a receiver, so that’s not a concern for me. I haven’t explored webOS much and probably won’t, so I can’t comment on the smart features. From the limited time I’ve spent with the TV and remote, everything seems straightforward enough. Overall, this OLED has exceeded my expectations—especially in picture quality—and I’m glad I made the switch.
