Great TV - Horrible Remote

Picture is crisp, clear and as perfect as I can hope for. Sound with built in speakers is excellent, especially with the available enhancements. But the remote is not designed for humans. NO MUTE BUTTON?! Really? And everything you may need to do is hidden in a menu only available from the wheel/button setup. Make a better remote with discrete buttons and I'll give it 5 stars.

TV did not last a year..

Bought two TVs of this model. First one did not turn on and was return within a few days. Second TV worked fine for a few months, then no image. Had to return it as well. The screen resolution is outstanding... when it works.
