Thermal cracking and popping noises

Don’t buy an LG TV. The devices make thermal cracking and popping noises during operation, and LG won’t help you!

The color is intense and beautiful!

Her and her family absolutely love it. The color is absolutely beautiful. It's easy to use. The definition is very, very high. Even the husband is very pleased and he is such a tech guru!

Amazing Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After upgrading to a G5 83" (from my old C9 77), I was pleasantly surprised with the improved brightness and the colors. This TV is much better OLED for a room with lots of daylight.
I did find the sound a little muffled (AI Sound doesn't seem to work well for my living room). Standard settings sounded best for my room, but you should consider a soundbar or AV receiver.

Very large and bright screen

The screen is very bright, even in daylight, and the size makes it a lot more immersive experience. The blacks are very dark and the color looks really eye popping when compared to the older TV.
