Not New Seals Broken!

My new stream deck just arrived and much to my surprise had both Elgato seals on the box broken. This item arrived already open despite being purchased as NEW directly from BestBuy and not a re-seller and paying full price is unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Giant Stream Deck - great!

Like a regular stream deck, but massive. Default profile is great out of the box. It's about the size of an IPad mini so make sure you have room, but if you do, you can't beat it button for dollar.
I would recommend this to a friend!
