The wheel is a fantastic bit of kit, it really helps with open wheel racing over a standard wheel, and overall I would recommend it to anyone considering it.

A couple of observations,
The biggest omission is the lack of compatibility with the GL and GR buttons. This isn’t an issue specifically with this wheel, rather the wheel hub, but when you need lots of mapped buttons for your formula racing, the fact you can’t use two of the most accessible buttons when playing PS5 is very disappointing.

The cutout at the top of the wheel. This is a conflict because on the one hand it allows for good visibility of all screen info, but it cuts out the LED screen on the RS50 wheelbase, so one to consider if you rely on that screen to monitor your inputs (I don’t, and the extra visibility is great).
Overall, a very nice, quality addition if you are a RS50 racer that wants an open wheel option, and even better if you’re a Papaya racer. ✌🏻
