[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t noticed much of a difference from my Pura 3s that I already own. I haven’t used the auto vial detection feature yet since I am using my other vials first. Perhaps I will notice a difference at that time. I do enjoy the scents and ability to set up schedules on Pura devices. The only negative comment I have is how often scents are sold out. It is difficult to get seasonal scents unless you order months ahead. I have multiple subscriptions set up but by the time they are ready to ship, the scents I have chosen are sold out.

Glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My "new and improved" Pura 4 seems to have glitches. It doesn't recognize all the scents even when they are a "smart vial". So I scanned the QR Code but they wouldn't "stick" so the app does not identify the name of the scent and I just have to remember what is in there. I took a picture so I can refer to it when I want to turn a scent on/off. Otherwise I do not notice a difference between the Pura 3 and Pura 4.

Could be so much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the scents I picked are pretty harsh but I’m trying a couple others hoping for better luck. The app is a little finicky and I usually can’t get either of my Pura’s to reflect accurate information or follow the schedule I added. That’s pretty frustrating. I’m hopeful the new scents are better.
