I love the Pura products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Pura products. However I do have problems with my #3 devices. I am hoping the #4 will not have the same fate. The one thing that needs a little work the plug..once the cartridges are loaded the device is a bit heavy and can drop a bit..something to balance the weight would be great for keeping the device secure.

Pura 4 isn't perfect - but I'm liking it!

I love not having to scan fragrances when I change them in the Pura 4 - time saver! I also like the smart vials that will last longer in this new device too. My only issue I noticed a few times is that a fragrance (or both) will disappear from the device in the app, even though nothing changed and no fragrance was removed. I have to pull it out and reinsert for it to reset.

Right side never connected to scent

I put in a request for customer service a while ago and they said I would be contacted by email. (Which didn't happen) So I reached out again and was told the same thing. I have 4 scent and I have tried all of them in the right side of my device. One of the scents I have I think is the problem too because it wont connect to my pura 3. So... Pura 4 and Pura 3 that I ordered are not all that amazing. Bummer, it seemed like it would be a great product!
