[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but issues with the Pura 4. I have multiple Pura 3 diffusers and have no issues with them. I am continually having technical issues with the 4. In my opinion there is no need to change to the 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the pura 4 system would be superior to any other room fragrance set up but I find it is either too strong oe undetectable. I have tried many different scents and cannot find anything better than my old "sticks in a bottle". I haven't even opened tthe "free" pura 3. So disappointed in the entire purchase & subscription.
