Smells are great. I just wish the vials lasted longer. I left mine on 5 and they were empty in a week. I set my new ones on 2.

Pura 4 diffuser not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my pura scents, but the Pura 4 diffuser doesn’t read the scent vials as advertised on the website. The Pura 3 works great though!

2. it’s gone offline several times - had to reprogram from scratch.
3. Love the concept, first Pura purchase set the date and times easily, once set easier than burning acandle- second and third have been problematic.
4. When arrive the packaging was mailed and smashed- maybe ther is a correlation?

Trying again to get all three working, have bought my designer scents, if I can’t get it synced may bail for old school Thymes, best + LAFCO candles. . . . Sorry Pura!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the Pura 3 and Pura 4. I feel the Pura 4 ran through the scents very quickly. The volcano scent lasted two weeks and then I could no longer smell it.
