[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, since this is glass, it is relatively easy to clean. It operates so quietly that I had to verify it was functioning, and indeed it was, performing wonderfully. It appears to be durable enough to withstand alot of repeated use. Moreover, it seems safe, as the bottom does not heat up, and the handles are made of a material that does not get as hot as glass. I am delighted to have this in my home, as it is a unique and useful addition, and I anticipate using it more frequently than my oven.

The best air fryer I've ever seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new ninja air fryer. The larger container is huge. I was able to fit 3 pounds of potatoes, which could feed close to a dozen people. I was able to cook them perfectly in 15 minutes, which is far faster than any other air fryer I used in the past. The containers are easy to clean, and the device looks so cool, I don't put it away, I leave it on my counter. Having the glass containers and the light makes it so much easier to know when it's time to pause the cooking to turn the food, and it comes with lids so I could easily put it away when I'm done and not have to scramble for Tupperware. It's so quiet that sometimes I can't even tell if it's on, and the great safety feature is that it will not turn on if the bowl is not inserted all the way. it's extremely easy to use; my 8-year-old does a lot of her own cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. I purchased an air fryer years ago and immediately returned it, so I was hesitant to try this out. It works so well! I love the different cooking options and everything has cooked evenly. I personally wish the trays had removable handles so it would be easier to store leftovers in the fridge. The handles do take up a bit of space. Everything, however, is very easy to clean and I love that it is all dishwasher safe. I’ve cooked chicken, chicken nuggets, and veggies. I’ve reheated leftovers. Everything has come out great! So thankful to have had the opportunity to try this product!

Not worth the hassle!

First off the noise is loud, I understand some low level noise but this was like a loud sound… very unpleasant.
Second, the dishes aren’t big enough for a family to have a meal, no way you’re going to fit a regular size chicken and potatoes to feed a family of 4!
Third, the glass container is hard to remove. I felt as if the whole machine was going to tilt over when I was trying to remove my meal when finished, everything is HOT!
The glass containers are easy to clean in the dishwasher and have tops for easy storage.
The buttons to turn the machine on are easy to use. The two levels (and size containers) are easy to move up and down.

I feel like this machine is a lot more powerful that it describes, cook times could be shorter than shown in the small booklet. I feel like the QR code on the machine should go to a complete link on how to use the machine along with videos of recipes.
Do I like this machine… nope, it’s just not as convenient as it wants to be. It’s not going to cook that Sunday dinner for the family either, just not enough room.
I will give it a couple more tries with a few different things but I’m not optimistic.
