Great machine

I've had this for about two weeks now and absolutely love it! You see your food as it cooks. Plus you are able to store the entire container in the fridge with the included lids and just reheat it the next day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice but Lacks a Piece

I recently purchased the Crispi Pro. I am still in the learning curve.Negative is that it is not possible to cook more than 2 things like pork chops or 2 grilled cheese at one time. OK for me since we are a senior couple with only 2 people in the home. My big disappointment is that it does not come with the middle size bowl. I would pay more to get all 3 bowls. If there is a position for it on the Crispi, then it should be part of the Crispi, especially since they are impossible to find to buy. So I am only giving 3 stars since I feel the product is not complete as sold.

After googling to find out if it made Scallop potatoes I found a reviewer saying it can using the bake function for 25 minutes. This is not possible. I tried the bake function 5 times and potatoes still are not cooked. The top burns during the baking.

This is an amazing, high tech air fryer. Love the glass bowls, the illumination of the food, the ease of use of the controls, and the rose quartz is a nice look too. My only complaint is how it takes two hands and practice to insert the bowls without pushing the whole unit backwards.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a week ago for my birthday and I absolutely love it, easy to use love the way it looks, also very easy to clean and since the bowls stack, storage is easy. I took advantage of the bundle deal so I could have all the bowl sizes.

Faulty system.

Works great when it decides to, only the 6 qt glass works every time you use it. The trigger for the 2.5 and 4 qt ones is broken and doesn't register. Had it for less than a month and had to warranty it and the new one has the same issue. Would not recommend buying.

Jury is still out on this. It's hard to get the basket to slide into the correct spot for the unit to start heating. No where near our old air fryer that you could slam the basket and start cooking. It's weird there is no preheating phase, so when you set a time that goes against the cooking time that you wanted. I really wanted to love this for the glass cooking vessel but we aren't getting great results out of the box. This may take time to adjust how we air fry. Not as easy to use as our old air fryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
