Cheaper than a yearly gym membership and just as effective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home gym is in a bedroom in my basement. The space is limited! It's also my home office and a guest bedroom, so any equipment needs to be able to be sorted efficiently. These weights are exactly what I need and they work for the space.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Erica, now that’s a room working overtime!
We’re so glad your BowFlex weights give you the versatility you need without taking over a space that also serves as your office and guest room. A home gym doesn’t have to be huge to be effective, and it sounds like you’ve created a setup that works perfectly for you. Thanks for choosing BowFlex!

Good product but the flat part of the grips is annoying
on June 17, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of the grips. I have the selectable 52.5 lbs set and loved the grips on those. I've used the new ones 10 different days with multiple exercises and do not like the flat portion of the grips. When you are trying to do incline press with the weight set at 70+ pounds, they are uncomfortable unless you grab them just right. Trying to "spin" that much weight in your hand while balancing the other one will likely lead to shoulder injury. Maybe over the next few month I might get used to it.
Cons: Uncomfortable
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest stand and weight setup right out of the box! I started my weight-training journey later in life and wanted equipment that was simple to use and didn't add clutter to my space. This system has everything I was looking for. I waited for a sale before ordering, and I'm so glad I did. It was worth every penny, and I'm 125% happy with my decision!
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
I would recommend this to a friend!
