[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great to have an entire dumbbell rack in one spot. Only problem I have is they are a bit too wide for my wife to comfortably curl without bringing her elbows out, and if you wanna superset quickly you'll need another pair.
Cons: Heavy / Bulky
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Strengthens
I would recommend this to a friend!

Be, thank you for sharing your experience!
We’re glad you’re enjoying the convenience of having a full range of weights in one compact setup. We also appreciate your feedback on the width of the dumbbells and how that can affect certain movements, as well as your point about transitioning quickly between weights during supersets. Thanks for choosing BowFlex and for giving us such thoughtful feedback!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am very satisfied with my Bowflex 1090 Dumb Bells. I also believe it is a good value for the price. Bought these for the quality although a little more expensive than the generic adjustable dumbbells. Went with Bowflex for the name brand and quality.
Pros: Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of Bowflex 52 dumbbells and I recommend them to anyone who is putting together a home gym due to the enormous space savings and flexibility of their use. They're the only set of dumbbells I find easy to get in and out of the holder, and switching weights is fast and easy for super sets. I use mine for strength training in-between running and HIIT workouts. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that some of the plates do not lock into place firmly and they rattle a bit, jogging my movements slightly and adding a slight noise factor. Otherwise, I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to just about anyone.
Cons: Rattle of Plates
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home gym is in a bedroom in my basement. The space is limited! It's also my home office and a guest bedroom, so any equipment needs to be able to be sorted efficiently. These weights are exactly what I need and they work for the space.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Erica, now that’s a room working overtime!
We’re so glad your BowFlex weights give you the versatility you need without taking over a space that also serves as your office and guest room. A home gym doesn’t have to be huge to be effective, and it sounds like you’ve created a setup that works perfectly for you. Thanks for choosing BowFlex!
