[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the adjustable dumbbells for many different exercises and they work great. They can be bulkier than traditional dumbbells depending on the exercise, but overall they are great, especially for quick rest times between sets when you have to change the weights!
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Space Saver
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great option for performing strength training exercises. Great that one can increase the weight by 2.5 lbs rather than the standard 5 lbs when increasing the weights. This is something that has bothered me for a while. Purchased these after receiving credit from the recalled 1090 dumbbells. Have a stand for the 1090's and would have loved if the stand was compatible with these new models.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Strengthens
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful for anything you would perform with dumbbells while not taking up much space. Makes for an effective work out while also being effective for space management. My only concern is that I put the dumbbell back in the cradle perfectly every time so when I change the weight amount I don't break the dial.
Pros: Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet
I would recommend this to a friend!
